PMBOK ® Guide Fourth Edition Changes

I was originally going to write an article this week, but set that aside again to post a video I received from Victoria Flanagan, the Chair of PMI Orange County. PMI-OC member Cynthia Stackpole was the Project Manager for the Fourth Edition. In this video, Rosemary Hossenlopp of the PMI ISSIG (Information Systems Specific Interest Group) interviews Cynthia to get some tips on what to expect. On the surface it sounds like a lot of corrections and cosmetic changes.

Publication is expected to happen later this year, so watch this video to get a preview of the changes.
