PMP® Challenge Question – 6/1

This is 2 in a series of 3 questions. Answer any 2 of 3 (5/15, 6/1, 6/15) correctly to be eligible for the latest giveaway. See 5/15 Challenge Question for details on submission and prizes.

Many exam questions touch on multiple areas, so this question is going to take a look at both schedule and communications. Three possible ways of communicating schedule are milestone charts, bar charts, and network diagrams. Who are the possible different stakeholder audiences for each? What makes each one unique (e.g. what do network diagrams have that bar charts do not)?

Good luck with the challenge!
